We are starting to get many (approx 15 and growing) incoming calls that are coming into our operator listed on the display as just "Trunk Call". When our operator answers the call there is never anyone on the other end. Our trunks are PRI's so we usually get the correct callers info when a good incoming call arrives.
Why is the incoming call just listed as “Trunk Call” on the console display? Is this an issue with our PBX (3Gsi) or maybe the ILEC? or possibly crank calls?
