trunk and system information needed

I'm hoping someone can help me find some information quickly. My tech is on vacation but he told me I could probably turn to someone here if I needed assistance.

I need to know how to find my phone switch hardware configuration, the trunk types I have and if they are local or long distance. I also need to find out how many Voicemail users I have, how many hours of storage I have available and what its hardware configuration is.

The switch is a nortel 81C and we use Meridian mail for voicemail.

may be some help, the voice mail is a little harder, your keycode doc;s will give you everything except number of boxes, look at the backup screen for that

I've got what looks like trunk information fomr ld21 but I'm not sure which ones are which. how do you decifer these?And I'm not sure which listing is supposed to show my hardware. On voicemail there isn't a backup screen that I can find.

I'm sorry, I'm used to the self explanatory data systems.
