TAC- Where else it is used besides as a TAC. The reason for this question is that I have old TAC assigned in my dial plan. Now I have to convert it from TAC to EXT to add more DID number to my dial plan. I assigned a different TAC and already changed TAC on trunks to a new TAC. When I go back to change old TAC to EXT, I get a message saying " this entry has assignment, remove objects w/this leading digits". I checked everywhere can't find it, I guess not all the places. Would you guys help me out in finding nemo- the other location(s) where TAC is used. Thanks.

Could be a loud speaker paging access code...

chan pag loud

or list trunks and that will highlight all your TAC's.

By sending "list trunks" I changed all the tac's with a new one, yet still can not find hidden location that leading digits are matching my old TAC digits. Or old TAC is used s/w I seem not to be able to find.

Thanks 98converter, I must have missed when I first gave it a shot glancing the loud spr list. I found it during a second run.

Thanks
