Hi Dears,
The attendants want to get free trunk access to calling subscribers. How I can configure this feature?

When the subscribers call then press enquiry, 0 or 9 (trunk access code) then transfer
 
What If the customer doesn't have access code?
 
Subscriber needs to dial out but can not due to restriction.
They dial the Operator, the Operator presses enquiry, dials the trunk access code (example 0 or example 9) then they transfer to the caller.
The Operator transfers (extends) and undialled line to them - they see 0 or 9 or whatever access code on their screen and continue themselves dialling the required number.
 
OK, but the telephony center doesn't have any access code.

When we have no access code, it is not working because after dialing access code, the line of trunk is seized.
