hi everyone,
I want to make a selective access trunk outgoing by individual trunk .It's possible to do this on Mitel SX 200 PBX and what code I need to dial?

thanks'

do you want to do this from the console or from a set, more info please. Is this something that will be done on an ongoing basis?

you can use the feature DTS (Direct trunk select)feature if these sets are digital sets (not a 4001 or 5201)and can use a key appearance. What happens is you press the associated key and the switch connects you to that trunk, no access codes need to be dialed. Calls can also come directly in on that key also. This feature is not affected by cor. Would that work for you? There are a couple of other ways also.

If I use a analogue sets, what code should I dial for individual access trunk ?
It is a default code or should I programming this?

thanks'

the feature I mentioned is not for analogue sets. Do you only want to access one particular trunk?

you could put one trunk in a trunk group and access it through ARS with any access code that is available, would that work?

what commands are available for programming this function?

thanks'

you must program the trunk in form 14 then add to trunk group form 16. Then do the ARS programing, are you familiar with ARS programing?

I am a new on Mitel SX200 programming :(
This PBX have a default code for access individual trunk lines ?

thanks'

no default access codes. Can you program form 14, 16 and 23 ok? Or where do you want to start?

I don't want to divert attention away from the worthy techs trying to help you but, it might be easier to tell us what you want to accomplish and why. There is always more than one solution, the path you're on may not be the easiest.
