Truncated data when viewing data in Access 2003

We have a PGSQL database which sits behind our support ticket management system, which is version 7.3.4.
One of our employees uses an Access report to view and print out the information contained in certain fields, those used for showing what work has been done. Whenever she tries to view this data the fields are truncated and only show part of the information. For example, if sombody has copied the text from an email into the ticket, some or all of the data is lost when being viewed in Access. Sometimes you see whats in the middle, sometimes whats at the end, somtimes even just a single character. I can replicate the problem easily using my PC(Drivers on my machine are 7.03.02, as are hers). Having enabled pgsql logging on my PC, the log file seems to indicate that the data is being returned, but Access is not displaying it. Any ideas anybody?
Any help gratefully received, Jonathan

Seems like an application problem. Trying loggin into psql and do a simple select on the table and see if the data is all there.

Thanks for the reply Mag,

I've managed to resolve this in the following way:
1. Turned on logging for the pgsql odbc driver.
2. Make the connection from Access.
3. Review the logs.

This showed me that the data was coming from pgsql, but Access was not displaying it.

I then used the table link manager under database utilities to refresh the links to the pgsql db.
Access then displayed the data correctly.

Cheers
