Over the past couple of weeks we have been experiencing some dropped calls that seem to be related to a timer of 3 hours.
We have two PRI's and a G3si v11 with 3 G650 cabinets. I'm not aware of any changes to the pbx or service provider in that timeframe.

I've opened a ticket with the service provier to see what they can find on their end.

Is there anything I can look at on the PBX side that may be causing this issue at 180 minutes?
Or any other troubleshooting suggestions that I may be able to take?

Thanks,

Ken

Are these incoming/outgoing/both?

If just outgoing check the cor of the station, pg 3, Outgoing Trunk Disconnect Timer.

Thanks for the response. These are from a inbound call, specifically Webex. We use the call-back function.
I did check the setting and the timer is blank on the COR.

Outgoing Trunk Disconnect Timer (minutes)
This feature provides the capability to disconnect an outgoing trunk
automatically after an administrable amount of time. This field defaults to
blank (outgoing trunk calls are only disconnected when dropped by one or all
parties), or you can enter a timer value in number of minutes to apply to
outgoing trunk calls if the initiating party belongs to this COR.

Valid entries Usage
2 to 999 Enter a value of as many as 3 characters in number of minutes. A
warning tone is given to all parties on the trunk call 1 minute before the
administered value (that is, after 1 to 998 minutes have elapsed) and a
second warning tone is heard 30 seconds later. The call is automatically
disconnected 30 seconds after the second warning tone.

Thanks for the reply. The calls in question that are dropping are incoming.
