Troubleshooting backup activity on Seagate

I have a problem with the Seagate backup. It does not backup when it suppose to. For example, when I put in the tape for Tuesday on that very same day, it will not backup until the following date. I checked the configuration and everything is configured fine. Plus another thing, the backup usually takes around 4 minutes, but now it's taking 2 hours. Has anyone experience this problem before?

Check the bios time and date settings then check the date settings on NT. Also is it doing a full backup or just append and what hardware are you using for this backup session.
