Hi!

I have ALC and calls dropping up to 4 times per day. Somebody knows error code for diagnostic.

The NBX is V3000 V.5 with one chassis NBX 100 and one Analog Line Card.

I've had that problem with low loop current before. If it drops below 21 mA or so it will drop calls intermittantly. Especially if the user is talking loud.

If the cards go to you in "unknow" setting advance setting Caller-ID like "ETSI-DTFM".
