Troubleshoot schedule for Nupoint Call Flow ?

I have a few call flows. I some I have copied. Others I have made from scratch using this resource:


My problem is I cannot get the schedule to work.

I define the schedule and want it to ring on schedule and go to a Menu off schedule.

I have enabled the AutoAttendant COS for the mailbox . I can dial in and record the correct greeting.
But off hours the phone just rings instead of going directly to the menu.

Using NP 16.1.0.13.01

Thoughts?
 
What is the first termination point for the call? Phone or Voicemail?

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.
 
We want to to be phone .. it rings on a couple of different phones.
After 6pm we want to have it go directly to a menu.

I just tested and the schedule DOES work.. but it is not going directly to menu during off hours. it still rings 3-4 times on the phones before picking up
 
The schedule cannot stop the phone from ringing if the call terminates to the phone first.

The VM has no knowledge or control until the call is directed to VM
