Troubles with Voicemail Lite/Pro

Hi guys, first of all, excuse my poor english

I have an IP Office 500v2 (with Manager 7.0(36)). All my system was working fine until yesterday. My attendant doesn't work. No welcome message when somebody calls to my office and the calls are going directly to the office where the calls are forwarded when the caller doesn't know the desired extension number (at least I don't loss the calls).

When I tried to log in using the client, I get the error "failed to create remoting interface", so I need to start manually the service.

I don't know if Voicemail Pro service has some conflict with Windows 10 (damned auto update without asking). If it is, what can I do?

I had a similar issue when upgrading to Win 10. Try turning off the firewall and see it works.

Search for group policy (or local security policy) together with Windows update. You can disable auto update. Even makes sense to wait a few days before doing the updates because I see news about removed windows updates because of malfunction...

Best approach DONT use VM Pro on windows !
