troubles backing up messages from mailboxes ARCServe2000

I have W2k server sp3 with ARCServe2000 to backup up an Exchange Server 5.5 (w2k sp3). Everything works fine, but when I try to restore individual messages from any mailbox, there is nothing saved. We have installed the backup agent 5.5 on server running Exchange 5.5.

any idea about this issue?

HI,

AS2000 does not have the ability to restore indivual mail items..

Are you referring to the folder ( inbox, sent items etc)

Agree with Spechalyst.
The manual refers - "To restore a database, mailbox or folder:" not individual items

Message level restore is not supported you have to restore the whole inbox etc..

I'm getting this message error: ERROR: MAPI system error: GetProps() <PR_LAST_MODIFICATION_TIME> return
property tag illmatch

is this error related with my problem to backup mailboxes?
How can I fix it?
