Trouble with URL Crystal Reports 10

When I use this URL it just opens the Crystal Report Login screen, it does not pass the Username or password to the login screen. I have tried the Guest account with no password and a username and password and both behave the same. If I manually enter username for Guest or username and password for another account and click logon, the report is rendered. I have tried variations of this URL as found in other threads. What am I missing please?

I do not know about Enterprise 10, but the version we have (BI 4.0), you cannot pass the user name and password through the URL (Hiffy, if you are out there, I am sure you would know).

Thanks for the reply....it seems from other posts that it should be possible. I have Crystal XI service pack 2 or Crystal 10 available to use. Anyone else have any information?
