Trouble with titles

I'm having trouble when I import my titles in my project. When I create my tiltes <br>
everything seem O.K., but after importing my titles and put it on the time line...if I do <br>
a preview or export my movie, the titles have a blurred and fuzzy look. What can I <br>
do.<br>

Have you tried using After Effects? Its photoshop with a time line and is generally better for titles and title animation. Very easy to use and loads of fun
