Hi,

I have a trouble with analog phones Vs IP Office.
The 'R' key which is used to put somebody in hold doesn't well work.
In 50% of time, you press the key, you hear a "flash" on the line and then nothing, you're still in communication with the other party.

In a first time I thought it was due to wrong setting of flashing time in the phone.
I've set the flashing time of phones to 270 ms.
I've set the flashing "window" in Manager to System defaults(wich depends itself off the locale settings).
It doesn't work...

The problem exist with all our IP Phone 16 and 30.
I've tried to put a NA Argent Phone 8 instead and the problem disappears... Very strange !

default setting is 100ms you can change in the extn tab if you are having trouble.

"Hook Persistency: Default = 100ms

Defines the time frame (in milliseconds) in which the system will wait before determining that the phone is off-hook.

Flash Hook Pulse Width:

Use System Defaults: Default = Selected (On)
Use the values set as appropriate to the system's Locale.

Minimum Width:
Minimum hook flash length sent if Use System Defaults is not selected.

Maximum Width:
Maximum hook flash length sent if Use System Defaults is not selected"
