Trouble with the CCR tree

I've got a Meridian Norstar phone. I had to change the Home Menu greeting (the greeting that tells u the extensions). When I tried to enable it again, it said the tree was imcomplete. Any ideas? I've tried just about everything......Lord only knows whatelse I've messed up trying to fix this problem. I greatly appreciate any help!!!

There are a couple of things to look for. First off make sure that you have added all your paths to the tree. Second if you have added new mailboxes to the tree that have not been inilalized this will cause this error.

If all you did was try to change the home menu make sure that your changes were saved before you enabled the tree. Check your home menu greeting to make sure your recording is actually there.

Normaly if you get amessage that the tree is incomplete it means that you have create a sub-menu and that you do not have any things that follows that sub-menu, for example a transfer to an extension.
