trouble with System process

Hi guys,

after reboot, there is in my task manager System process with PPID 4. It takes all of my system resources [CPU usage 100% all the time].

After killing, process restarts and then is everything alright. But my sound device doesn't work.

I've tried to update all of drivers (sound device including) and it doesn't solve my problem.

Has anybody the same problem? I can post en extract of this process.

Did you try reinstalling sound device? Does it have any conflicts?

Of course!
I reinstalled, it hasn't fixed.
I uninstalled, it hasn't fixed.
I updated drivers, it hasn't fixed.

There will be problem elsewhere. A sound is problably just side-effect.
