I AM HAVING PROBLEMS PRINTING LABELS (5160)(3-up sticky labels) ON A LEXMARK OPTRA S 1855. I AM USING THE FOLLOWING PCL COMMAND TO SPOOL THE JOB ON UNIX.

^[E^[&k2G^[(s0p0t10h0s0B^[&l0s3e60f8.03c2H^[&n7WdLabels

IN OTHER PRINTERS LIKE HP OR XEROX IS PRINTING 60 LINES, BUT THE LEXMARK BREAKS AT LINE 54...ANY SUGGESTION IS VERY WELCOME!!!

If that command is working on other printers then Id say its the Lexmark thats causing the problem.

Is the Lexmark PCL compatible? Not all printers are. Might need drivers for it if its not. Also some printers use PCL Emulation which isnt always perfect.

Also might watch to check your shift key, seems to be sticking ;)

Your sequences appear to need paper of at least 10.6" depth
((60 + 3) lines at 8.03/48 inch per line).

You are selecting paper by tray ID (2) and PaperType (Labels); are these settings compatible with the required size of paper on your printer?
