Trouble with DN forwarding on BCM 250

I am trying to create a secondary extension other then my own for people to call for support requests. I set up an answer DN on my set and when callers call it, it rings. I want it to forward to my cellphone if it doesn't answer. I have allowed redirect and set up all the appropriate line and pool access for the DN and configured my cell number in call forwarding. However when it gets to the 4th ring and attempts to forward something flashes on the screen to quick to read, then I get a message on the screen that says mailbox full and then it asks for another ext. This DN does not have a physical set anywhere and still appears in the inactive set DNs list. Am I going about this the wrong way? What should I do to get this to work?
 
is the call being sent to you via the AA? if so trying saying no or up'ing the rings before DRT.

I tried setting the CFNA to 2. It rang 4 times anyway and then I got the same result. I checked and verified that the change saved and it did. Could this be because there is no physical set?
