Trouble with CP150 connecting via IE

Having trouble setting up a new CP150, changed the IP from defualt via serial to 192.168.1.50, laptop to 192.168.1.1

subnet 255.255.255.0 on both

Launched IE -

http://192.168.1.50

to connect to CP manager to initialize but I cannot connect?

IE Says it opening the page and then times out.

Any ideas?

I hate to say ti, but it sounds like pilot error...try defaulting the CP and trying changing the IP again and see what happens.

Try making your laptop .51 not .1

If you need to default it, you default it thru the phone using F983 and the default sequence.

This will default EXERYTHING...

Ensure that when you change the address you power cycle the call pilot to allow the address to take effect.
