Trouble starting Oracle enterprise manager

When I try to start enterprise manager I get the following

Code: 
emctl start dbconsole


/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_fchap525_train not found.

Any ideas?

How this database was created? Try to create database using dbca or else you need to add it entry manually --
