Dear All,

I need to know the steps involved in troubleshoting disk error.I could get a few threads, but the info didnt help me much.

F7863CFE 1013061605 P H pdisk33 DISK OPERATION ERROR

Can you guys help me with details as how one would proceed in resolving the issue.

Thanks in advance for you valuabale time.

ADR.

I wouldn't be that worried is this is a one time event. If the entry starts showing up more frequently , on the same disk, then you should start to consider replacing the disk.
If you really want to check your disk , you can run a certify for your disk. (I assume it's SSA : diag -> task selection -> SSA service aids -> certify disk)

rgds,

R.

Do you need to run the certify process on an SSA disk with users off the machine or can this be run while data is being used from the specific pdisk?
