I have a Win 2k03 network w/ a Exchange 5.5 server. We use Outlook 2k. 1 user is getting the following error when trying to send an e-mail to a certain address outside the agency. Other people are able to send to the user. The error is has follows: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
