Trouble scheduling a report on CC6

Does anyone know how to schedule reports to a file. I know when our CC6 was installed a while back it took our vendor a week to figure it out and it wasn't easy. I had to have a folder created on the admin server for each department which our IS security would give each manager access to. Then they would have to run a report and export it to that folder. Then they can schedule a report and select the file they just exported and saved. My understanding is the file will be over written each time a scheduled report is ran. I try to activate the report and it gives me this error message:


Unable to activate the schedule for App by Skillset : Cannot active job, job has already actived


The job isn't active because the deactivate is grayed out and when you look in the Scheduled Events folder it says inactive.
 
Well ... I would say perhaps remove the scheduled report altogether and recreate it. If that doesn't work perhaps reboot CCMA/CCMS ... if that doesn't work maybe there is a patch with Nortel. Sorry don't have CC6 yet to know much more.
