Hi I"m installing a server edition 9.1 and I have vmpro installed on my primary server. If I go into SSA , I can see the the vmpro is up and running but when I try to log into it either with Web Manager or VMPRO client I get a "invalid user or password " message. I'm trying to log in with Administrator Administrator

Use the same login as you are for web manager.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

does it match the same one that is used for your voicemail client?

Really, you log in to the IP Office using Administrator / Administrator!

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Use R10 VoicemailPro client.

Using the VMPro R10 client on older version is a sudden kill for the older VM Pro
We have reinstalled 4 R9.1 VMPro systems which were touched by the R10 VM Pro client.

In that case I got lucky because I use it all the time and had no issues so far.
Just wait now that I said that it will bite me in the butt.

Westi - Are you having any issues with the VMPRO R10 Client? I am having the same issue, and we are looking for a solution. Thanks

Try to uninstall the VMPro client, reinstall with Administrator privileges and then run the client as Administrator
