I am using Access 97 and i want to sum up the total of all the values of a currency field which each record in my report has. The field is named DLM Total. In an unbound text box i put the forumula: =Sum([DLM Total])

When i do a print preview or go to print out the report the field prints out ###ERROR#### instead of the sum of all the fields. All the value in the fields are have a value which is greater than zero.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong and how i can make the fields get added up correctly?

Sorry, I can't think of anything else.....

#ERROR would be the error message you would get when putting the aggregate control in the page footer instead of the report footer.

Since your field name is surrounded by brackets, if that was spelled incorrectly, a parameter prompt would appear....

Also make sure the running sum is property is set to yes. Not sure it that will make a difference either, but it's worth a try.
