Trouble Enabling New Loop

Hello, I built a new route this morning (correctly I think), but I cannot enable the Loop. When I do a stat all loops in LD 60, the loop shows up. However, when I stat the individual loop or try to enable the loop, in get an "invalid parameter" response from the switch. Here's the info from the MSDL card (it's d-channel 42):

DCH 42 DIS PORT 1
DCH 8 OPER PORT 3

I assume it shows disabled because the dch is disabled, but wasn't sure.

Any thoughts?

Does the IFC match the carrier? post route Trunk member and dch

I did not. How do I perform that? Will it interupt service on the other d-channel on this card?

One last question. When I stat msdl in LD 96, I get this:

GROUP 0 MSDL 6: ENBL
GROUP 0 MSDL 7: ENBL

When I stat msdl 7 in LD 96, I get this:

GROUP 0 MSDL 7: ENBL
DCH 42 DIS PORT 1
DCH 8 OPER PORT 3

Do I still need to force download the msdl card to get Loop 42 to come up?
