I've done all the things in thread841-1650353, but am still unable to DEL MLDT. I'm receiving ERR-061: Service still assigned. I've done all the steps below and still no luck. Where else could it be set up that would prevent the deletion?

Excellent!!!
I finally got it doing the following steps. I was deleting EXT 128 in my example.
1. Clear Feature Buttons.
DEL MLPFB,,128,ALL
2. Cancel Message Waiting.
CAN MW,,128,ALL
3. Display DIRECT STATION SELECT BUTTON
DIS MLDSB,,141
In Step 3, my DSSDN and BNO was 140 and 110 respectively (used in next step).
4.Delete DT Button Assignment
DEL MLPFB,,140,110
5. Delete Station
DEL MLDT,,128
I did get a little hung up on step 4, as I was trying to enter the extension number, and not the DSSDN. I am not even sure what a DSSDN is...
Thank you to all who helped me in this! I REALLY appreciate it.
