trouble deleting a data base -ldb file won't go away

Hello,
I have an Access data base which has been idle for days
and although no one is using it, the ldb file is open and I can't delete the data base. Can you help? Thank you.

Try doing a Kill on the ldb file.

Hopefully the Kill thing will work but I can tell you that I have had to re-boot my server to clear it. There's got to be a better way, but it worked.

Kill CompletePathAndFileNameHere
