Trouble connecting Macs to W2K Exchange server

I've inherited a W2K server environment at work with 4 Macs and 45 PCs (running every Windows OS except 3.1!). We work around the Windows OS issues using a terminal client server environment. However, the Macs are running both Jaguar and 9.2 because of application compatibility, and when they open the remote client to connect to the terminal server, they either get *very* slow or crash.

I would like to get Outlook 2001 to talk to the Exchange server. It's installed in the classic OS9 environment on one Mac, but I can't get it to work with the W2K server. Any tips? I greatly appreciate the help!

Sorry - didn't realize I shouldn't have stars in my message (first posting, so I just wrote in the signature). It won't happen again!

Have ou got Apple Service or Apple talk installed on the Exchange server?

If you can't fix it in 20 minutes call someone who can.
