I have a user that is trying to change their password in Lotus notes with Single signon enabled. This is a windows 2000 PRO machine logging into a domain and also connecting to and AS/400 with Client access. Single signon is working for about 350 other users but this user can't seem to change their password. It just locks Lotus Notes completely and they have to reboot. Any clue as to where I can start looking to trouble shoot this problem?

If you're using roaming profiles, does this happen to that user when on another PC? Also does it happen to another user on this same PC?

We don't use roaming profiles and there is only one user per PC. This has happened to one other user now and we couldn't get the passwords to synch so we uninstalled Single Sign-on so they could at least log in and change their passwords.

Is the Lotus Notes Single Logon service running on that PC?

Yes, we have single logon running locally with the client. We now have another casualty today. That is three users in two weeks that have now lost the ability to use Single Logon.
