I'm looking for information on the difference between the "ANS" and "CORGC" results from the following traffic studies running on the same PABX.

Study 1 : TROPI:CORG=all. ( provides ANS values)

Alex advises ANS = "The number of answered calls to a group of origin"

Study 2 : TROPI:DIR=all ( provides CORGC values)

Alex advises CORGC = "The number of answered calls to a group of origin"

Generally I find the results of the ANS is usually 30 % + less than the CORGC result.

I would like assistance to understand the differerence in what these values are capturing .

Hi there !

Well the first i see is that you also must add this
to ANS.

ANSSEC :
The number of calls answered by a secondary PABX operator
