Trojans and Hackers

How do I search to find out if my network has been hacked or has trojans sitting in the background waiting for the trojan army to drop out into my troy to level what I have built?

My city walls consist of a hardware firewall and virus software on all PC's and servers. But even still I feel I need to march the walls and ensure no evil do'ers attempt to open the gates.

Helen would be most annoyed.....

It scans for all sorts of spyware, malware etc that virus checkers don't look for If someone annoys you, walk a mile in their shoes. That way you'll be a mile away from them, and you'll have their shoes )
