Trojan Downloader Agent Z 1

I have a computer that Counter Spy finds Trojan.Downloader.Agent.Z I select delete and after about two minutes it says it is deleted. However, it comes back again a few minutes later. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? It is my daughter's computer from college and she always get an error message Unable to find C:\windows\svchost.exe which is the wrong directory for that file. It should be C:\windows\system32\svchost.exe anyway inorder to correct her problem I copied svchost.exe to the windows directory. It fixed the error message however, then I started receiving constant popup alerts from Counter Spy regarding Agent Z.
I will attach the HiJackThis file, I can see an entry for c:\windows\svchost.exe can I just delete this entry from my registry? Any help would be appreciated. Note: I ran registry mechanic prior to this log file. My daughter's PC is running Windows XP Pro SP2 and is running slow, I am also trying to determine why the computer is running slow.

You may also want to visit Webroot Spysweeper and hit it with that too:

http://www.webroot.com/consumer/downloads/

This is a trial, but will fully function for what you need to do.

Update it and then do a sweep.

Thanks, I was going to fix that one since it had the c:\windows\svchost.exe line in it.

Since you are running XP, make sure you have System Restore off, too.
