trojan and antispyware to scan my LAN from one PC

Hi , I'm looking for a trojan scanner that can scan my whole network of computers form my windows 2000 server box....any suggestions? How about antispyware to scan all my computers on the network aswell...
I know of some put they only function locally on each computer..
