I am getting TRK 150, and Bug 6169 errors, also when someone tries to seize a line on either analog or digital phone, they get it sometimes and sometimes they don't. PRI card shows no errors, and trunk cards seem fine.

what do they get when they can't get a line? fast busy or nothing.. when this happens what does ld 60 stat show. might be a busy conditon. are all the trunks two way? and are all pri's in the outgoing pool?

when they seize a line to dial out, sometimes it will dial the number and ring a few times and then just go dead, other times nothing at all. when calling in, lines won't ring when i dial, but if someone else dials immediately after i dial, the line rings. trunks are 2 way, and pri is in ouygoing pool.

When you get the TRK150 error message it should follow with a trunk TN to assist you. Is the trunk TN the same each time or does it vary? Do you have analogue trunks? It sounds like the errors are on analogue trunks when you are dialling out? You might need to make some test calls and confirm which trunks are failing then compare the programming or whether there is a problem with the actual line from the carrier?

It was the telco remote card, the trunk was loop start, and you could dial out, but dial in would get rna. thanks for your input
