trk 136 errors

I've been getting multiple TRK 136 errors (rls. failure in incoming trunk; status changed to lockout). Incoming callers can't hear us but we can hear them. Carrier said there was a problem in their network two days ago which they've since repaired, but problem still happening. Can this one-way transmission problem EVER be CPE-related? T1s are all up and no errors (counters all zeroes). thanks.

could be but not usually on a working switch, have you dis a scpu in 135? that will rule out a couple of cards. is this a t1, pri copper?.. if it's pri dis dch x dis msdl x enl msdl x fdl. ld 96, might work. repost with switch type and a few more details and i'll try ro help

Option 11C, straight T1. Never been in LD 135 so I better not start now. thanks.

What kind of switch is it? Option 11 does not use ld 135.
