Trim Characters 1

I am trying to strip out the first 5 characters of a string, but cannot find the solution.

Basically, I have a bunch of 30 character max strings that all start with a 5 digit code that I do not want to see.

Example - "2549 Bulk Food Sales"

Hoping to get "Bulk Food Sales"

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
