Hi!
Can some sort of a trigger be made,so when a users saves a file to the disk, this trigger activates?
Thanks!

Use the BeforeSave event. It will get called each time the user tries to save the workbook, where you can do whatever processing you need and optionally prevent the save if you wish.

Assuming of course the OP was actually talking about saving a Workbook...ie. it is for Excel. Considering no application is mentioned whatsoever, this is, in fact, an assumption.

Although, probably correct.

But just in case...there is no BeforeSave event in Word.

But would beforeSave do what I want(after a user saves the file, some actions are triggered)?
