Tried to update 6.5, and now Lotus Notes won't open.

Hello!

Today, I tried to update my Lotus Notes 6.5 software from the IBM website, and when it went to install, it failed. Then, I was unable to open Lotus Notes at all. I can find the folder it's saved in. I also find the "nlnotes.exe" button, and when I click on it, nothing happens.

What can I do!? Any advice would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention I'm using Windows XP Professional, 64-bit edition.
