In my blackberry world at work I have one user with a Treo.
I just migrated him from a POP email, domain to my exchange, domain
His Treo and POP account worked fine but now that I have fumbled through configuring his Treo with our exchange it is not working.
I have been on the phone with support and they state it must be my server. On the Treo, I can successfully test to the server but it will not sync.
I enable proper settings within Exchange Manager on both my front and back-end servers and cannot understand why I can test successfully form the Treo device but not sync.
I get a 5303 error
Any suggestions?
