I am considering implementing this package for one of my clients. They are running Small Business Server 2000 with Exchange. We have installed the trial version of the C/S SMB suite.

Everything seems to be working well, except that there does not appear to be any buttons or right-click options in Outlook 2002 or 2003 for marking an email as blocked or approved. I assume there is supposed to be some sort of add-in for outlook, but it does not appear to be installed.

The Trend Micro client loaded properly on a all workstations, and a Spam Folder was created in Outlook during the install.

Is there a step that I missed? I cannot find anything in the manual or on the Trend website.

Click on the spam folder in an Outlook client. The end user can add addresses to the approved senders list. I don't remember if they have the capability of adding addresses to a black list, though.
