Trend Client/Server or VirusWall or Both?

We have 60 users. We're getting a new phone system this month with hardware firewall. Our current version of Trend doesn't work with XP. We don't have nor will we have soon an Exchange server, our ISP handles that for us.
Should We: (Since we're really tied to Trend) Get Client/Server Suite for SMB, Interscan Virus wall for SMB or both? The 1st is around 28 a head the second runs 25.
