Treat CLIR calls

Hello Nortel Experts,
we have rls 4.00 PBX, customer wants to somehow treat CLIR calls - to redirect these calls to phantom DN or CDN.

Is it possible? Is there some feature or function in PBX that I can use?

I'm not aware of anyway to restrict based on that w/o Symposium maybe, unless you are a law enforcement org that has a gsm override and presents ID wether blocked or not.
