Does anyone know why my our G3si does not always send SMDR for inbound or outbound calls? We have an Infortext (aka ISI) call accounting system and I have run reports for VDN and station extensions and can report on the caller IDs (inbound) and called numbers (outbound), however, I have instances when no SMDR comes at all. I have examined the 'raw' SMDR strings hitting the CA system and it seems as though the PBX has never sent them.
