Transtalk 9031 1

I am trying to connect (2) two transtalh 9031 wireless phones to Partner ACS R6. I connected the two wireless tranceivers and ran a line cord from the ext port to the transceivers.How can I get the transceiver to connect to the 9031 transtalk?. I am not getting dialtone on the 9031 transtalk. anyone know if the transtalk is compatible with the partner system? Thanks
