Hi, I am working in Powerpoint 2001 for Mac. I have several logos that I would like to put up against colored backgrounds, so I need their backgrounds to be transparent. I use the transparency tool in Powerpoint, and it makes the background transparent, but then the edges of the logo become fuzzy. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

One thing you may try is to change the bakground color to a color that is nowhere in the logo and then apply transperancy. The problem may be that part of the background color may be leaking in parts of the edges and causing that part to be "fuzzy" looking...

[Blue]Blue[/Blue] [Dragon]

If I wasn't Blue, I would just be a Dragon...

regis218,

If you can get "vector" versions of the logo, that would be your best bet. If you're stuck with bitmaps...then have a read of this tutorial on transparency with powerpoint and photoshop / paint shop pro
