Translation route issue

Hi all

I set up an lab Ipcc. When i try to test the IVR i get a busy tone. On cisco site i found a case similar to mine

but my sytem is already configured as said in order to solve the pb.
Now i just don't know what to do.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I found what the pb was. Actually the service's route configured in the translation route node in the script wasn't the one configured on the translation route service.
Did the modification and now everything is working fine.
