Translation pattern issue

As per our company requirement we wants 0 to dial reception no as we are already using 4 digit numbering plan . The same I have configured in the translation pattern, while dialing the “0” from any 4 digit ext no the call is landing to reception extension no. The issue I am facing is that on phone while dailing 0 it is displaying calling “ To -0”. It should display “ Reception” name instead of To "0". Please advice for the same

The connected party transformations is what controls how the name is passed through on a translation pattern. Make sure the Connected Name Presentation is set to allowed and you will see the name associated with the 4 digit extension. You can also use the DNA to see where the name is being blocked.
