Translation of menu items

Could anybody telle me where I can find the translation of win xp menu items ( i.e. entertainment) to another language ( f.i. French)

I know under the control panel you can change Regional and Language Options, but I think it only changes how currency, and how dates and certain text is changed. I dont know if it changes folder names from English to French. Havent messed to much into different languages, but that is all I know of.
